UPDATE: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman as 48-year-old Stephanie Woodward. She has no known address.
EARLIER:
A woman's body has been discovered in suburban West Palm Beach.
She was found floating in the C-51 Canal near Southern Boulevard and Military Trail.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's office dispatched its dive team to retrieve the body.
Investigators reported no outward signs of trauma.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
