A woman who claims she was attacked last month outside a Lake Worth bar is suing the mother of the 13-year-old-girl she says injured her.

A video posted to social media claims to show Danielle Bregoli, know as the "Cash Me Ousside" girl and another person, involved in the attack.

The fight occurred outside the Kavasutra Kava Bar on Feb. 26.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is still investigating and said they are seeking the girl who was spotted on surveillance video throwing an object at the woman.

The victim, 27-year-old Kimberly Peterson of Lake Worth, says she sustained a broken nose and thumb during the attack.

She says she was in downtown Lake Worth when she spotted Bregoli with her "entourage" and she commented to Bregoli that she should go home to her parents. Peterson says the attack followed those comments.

"For no reason my friends and I were first verbally assaulted then my fiancée and I were physically attacked by someone we learned later it was Danielle Bregoli and the people with her," explained Peterson.

Peterson is seeking $15,000 in damages from Barbara Ann Bregoli, the mother and guardian of Danielle Bregoli. When contacted by NewsChannel 5, Barbara Ann Bregoli said she had no comment.
