One student was taken to the hospital Wednesday with minor injuries after an altercation at Royal Palm Beach High School.
Kathy Burstein with the Palm Beach County School Board said the other student involved was taken into custody by school police.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Capt. Albert Borroto said the incident occurred at 10:53 a.m. Borroto said the student suffered a “penetrating injury.”
