Badly decomposed human remains have been found in Wellington, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office.
They were discovered by a fisherman in a wooded area near Big Blue Trace and Southern Boulevard Wednesday afternoon, PBSO said.
Investigators are on scene Thursday and will ask for the assistance of an anthropologist because the body is so badly decomposed, the sheriff's office said.
