For the first time since taking office, both President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence are in Palm Beach at the same time.

The Vice President spoke at a meeting at The Breakers Saturday evening, while the President visited his golf course in the afternoon.

WPTV's Security expert and former FBI agent, Stuart Kaplan, says having both the President and the Vice President in town at the same time means double the local security resources if they're in different places.

"You could have the President hunkered down at Mar-a-Lago, and you could have the Vice President going into Palm Beach or another geographical area, and that, of course, makes it a little bit more inconvenient for people, because you could have the President in one location and the Vice President in one other," Kaplan said.

Vice President Pence is also expected to attend church in Coral Springs Sunday morning. Both the President and Vice President are scheduled to return to Washington D.C. Sunday.
