The Indian River County Supervisor of Elections is concerned about a misleading sample ballot that’s being distributed to voters.
The ballot, which has been sent through the mail, does not list all of the candidates who have qualified for the primary election. In addition, some of the candidates are listed in bold red lettering while others are named in small black print.
There are other errors as well.
The Indian River County Supervisor of Electionssays it has been answering questions from upset voters. The office says it did not send the ballot and it appears to be a campaign mailer.
Official sample ballots are set to be mailed in about 3 weeks.
