The video also stopped at a dumpster, where much of the "unwanted" mail was disposed of.
Deputies found stolen mail from homes and businesses on Waaler Street, Jay Street, and Commerce Avenue.
24-year old Demetrius Evans, 26-year old Darius Evans, 32-year old Joshua Griffith, and 29-year old Joseph Porchea were arrested.
Porchea (who initially gave a false name to deputies) has a warrant out of Lee County. He is being held without bond and will be transported back to Lee County to satisfy that warrant.
