BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Firefighters responded to reports of a fire inside the Watergate Mobile Home Park on Watergate Circle in Boca Raton on Saturday afternoon.
First arriving Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews located a mobile home that was 50% consumed in fire.
All human occupants were out of the home, but residents reported there were missing pets in the backyard and possibly inside.
Firefighters began a offensive fire attack and began to search for the missing pets.
Crews located a cat inside the home and a dog in the backyard.
The American Red Cross has been contacted to assist the two adult males and two adult females that have been displaced by this fire.
No injuries were reported.
