FORT PIERCE, Fla. -- A man died and two women were seriously injured in a Fort Pierce crash Saturday night.

Florida Highway Patrol says a 2007 Toyota Scion driven by 42-year-old Cynthia Stephens of Fort Pierce was traveling west on Angle Road at 11:45 p.m. approaching a left hand curve.

The Scion veered to the right of the roadway and steered back to the left, moving into the path of another vehicle, which struck the Scion's right side and pushed it into the guardrail.

23-year-old Dalton Faron Wilson of Fort Pierce died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The driver and a passenger, 21-year-old Carol Stephens of Fort Pierce, were seriously injured.

No one in the Scion was wearing a seatbelt.

The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were not injured, and both occupants were wearing their seatbelts.

The crash remains under investigation.
