EVERGLADES CITY, Fla. --A Florida resident has found a creative way to get through flooded streets in Collier County.
He was seen being pulled on skis behind an ATV.
Much of Everglades City is under water due to heavy rain and dozens of roads are closed.
The flooding is so bad that city officials have asked non-residents to stay away
County Road 29 is closed due to extreme flooding in Everglades City. Please avoid this area, if possible.
