There wasn't music on those CDs.
Eva Gaitan, 32, of Palm Harbor got her hands on her ex-husband's naked photos and was arrested for stalking because of the act.
According to a Pinellas County Sheriff's Office affidavit, Gaitan was accused of delivering CDs of her ex-husband's nude photographs to his employer. The CDs were labeled "requires immediate attention."
She also mailed a CD to his parents. Deputies say she admitted to finding the images on her ex-husband's flash drive, burning the images to the discs and delivering them.
A judge ruled this week that she couldn't have any contact with her ex-husband, who she divorced in February 2016, according to court records.
Gaitan has since bonded out of Pinellas County Jail.
