Three people across the country became multi-millionaires overnight.

One of the winning tickets was sold in Melbourne Beach, FL at a Publix grocery store on A1A.

For everyone else who lost, the long-awaited win puts an end to their lottery dreams.

"I've been buying tickets all week," said Melbourne Beach resident, Jane Rollins. She bought a Powerball ticket from the winning Publix.

"I was in the line at the wrong time," said resident Marilyn Cannon.

The winning Publix attracted dozens of people taking selfies and watching the media flock to the area. Residents of the small beach side town were celebrating the exposure to the area.

"'I'm still happy even though I didn't win!" Rollins said.

But the question everyone wants answered: Who is the winner?

Residents speculated and talked about rumors, but no one has announced their win.

In case the winner needs help deciding how to spend the money, one local business owner is offering his ideas of how he would have spent the cash.

"There's a 50-50 chance he's local and I know him," said Nutrition Leaders business owner, Rick Martis.

He hasn't given up on his lottery dreams and got creative to grab the winner's attention.

Thursday afternoon, Martis put a sign up outside of his store meant to grab the winner's attention.

"It will say lottery winner, please give to Coast Line Community Church and Halo Animal Shelter in Sebastian," Martis said.

Drivers have to pass his store to get on and off the island. He hopes the winner will be one of those drivers.

"Hopefully I can help my causes because if I would have won that's what I would have done. I would have given it away. You keep a few million and give the rest away."
