1. Multiple hospitals out of ICU beds in Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County has seen almost 1,500 people hospitalized with COVID-19 out of more than 9,400 cases.

Right now, Palm Beach County has about 18 percent of adult ICU beds available. Across our area, Martin County has 63 percent, St. Lucie County has only about 9 percent, Indian River is at 53 percent and Okeechobee County reports 12 percent adult ICU beds are available.

Wellington Regional Medical Center, Palms West and Bethesda West are completely out of ICU beds.

2. That '70s Show' actor Danny Masterson charged with raping 3 women
Actor Danny Masterson has been charged with forcibly raping three women in separate incidents between 2001 and 2003. Reports of the incidents have been well-known for years and Masterson was written off the Netflix show "The Ranch" in 2017.

Many speculated Masterson's strong ties to Scientology kept him safe from prosecution for so long.

The district attorney’s office says it declined to file sexual assault charges against Masterson in two other cases, one for insufficient evidence and the other based upon the statute of limitations for the crime alleged.

3. Roosevelt Bridge closed after concrete seen falling
Contradicting the dramatic comments made by the U.S. Coast Guard, officials say there is no "immediate risk of collapse" at the Roosevelt Bridge after chunks of concrete fell.

All north and southbound lanes of the bridge, along with Old Dixie Highway which runs underneath the bridge, are now closed until further notice while engineers inspect and repair the damage.

4. West Palm Beach gun store has 'no mask' policy
Most businesses are encouraging customers to wear masks, but it's opposite day every day at one store in West Palm Beach.

Guns and School Training Center has a strict no mask rule for his customers. The shop owner said he was concerned about crime and his store becoming a target for thieves with faces covered.

5. Colin Kaepernick rejoining the NFL? President Trump supports it
Colin Kaepernick gained an unlikely ally in his fight to rejoin the NFL.

Three years ago, President Donald Trump used an expletive to describe NFL players participating in on-field protests against police brutality.

On Wednesday, Trump said that “absolutely, he would” be supportive of Kapernick getting another shot in the NFL, assuming he can play well enough to earn a roster spot.
