BRIO Tuscan Grille's Grilled Shrimp Mediterranean
spray PREMIUM OLIVE MIST
3 oz - BLANCHED BROCCOLI
1 oz - GRLD SLCD STD ASPARAGUS
1 oz - GRAPE TOMATOES HALVED
3 oz - COOKED FARRO
3 oz - COOKED ORZO
1 oz ladle VEGETABLE BERCY
1/2 Tbsp in, 1/2 Tbsp on top CRUMBLED FETA
1 pinch SALT & PEPPER MIX
1 oz SPINACH, FRESH
1 Tbsp in, 1 Tbsp on top LITE PESTO VINAIGRETTE BRIO
4 ea MARINATED 13-15 SHRIMP BR
PREP INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a non stick saute pan, spray with olive oil.
Add broccoli and asparagus, saute.
Add tomatoes, saute.
Add farro, orzo, bercy and feta, heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add spinach and pesto vin, cook to lightly wilt spinach, remove from
heat.
Place shrimp on grill to cook.
Place orzo in the center of a rectangular plate.
Top with shrimp.
Garnish with feta and pesto vin.
