Braised Short Rib Pizza

1 Ea. Pizza Dough, 8 oz.
2 Oz. Pizza sauce
2 Oz. Braised Short rib
2 Oz. Wild Mushrooms
1 Oz. Caramelized Onions
1 Oz. White Cheddar Cheese
0.5 Oz. Fresh Herbs
0.05 Oz. Olive Oil
2 Oz. Romano

Roll out dough, place onto pizza screen. Ladle pizza sauce across dough, leave a clean rim.
Arrange Short Rib, mushrooms and onions on top.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella across pizza
Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Place into hot pizza oven, cook until golden crispy.
Remove from oven, brush crust with olive oil , top with Romano.
Cut into 8, serve.

Blackberry Ricotta Pizza

1 Ea. Pizza Dough, 8 oz.

2 Oz. Lemon Crème Fraiche

4 Oz. Fresh Blackberries

2 Oz. Ricotta Cheese

1 Oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese

0.5 Oz. Olive Oil

0.05 Oz. Sliced Scallions

1 Oz. Torn Basil

Roll out dough, place onto pizza screen.

Spoon Lemon Crème Fraiche across dough, leave a clean rim.

Arrange Blackberries and Ricotta Cheese on top.

Sprinkle with Shredded Swiss Cheese.

Place into hot pizza oven, cook until golden crispy.

Remove from oven, brush crust with olive oil , top Scallions and Basil.

Cut into 8 , serve.
