Prosecco Café's Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Garlic Clove - Chopped
  • ½ Onion – Diced
  • ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • Pinch – Salt & Pepper
  • Pinch Holiday Seasoning: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove
  • Pinch – Chili Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Orange Juice
  • Zest from 1 Orange
  • 1 table Spoon shaved Ginger

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while mixing periodically until reduces by 1/3.

As an option, put into food processing and pulse 4-6 times to break down the cranberries. Refrigerate before serving.
