Seared Diver Scallops with Tarragon Burre 

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/4 ounce fennel
  • 1/4 ounce tarragon
  • 1/4 ounce corn pepper
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup orange zest salt pepper

Mixed berry & cream martini:

  • muddles strawberry, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 ounce blueberry vodka
  • 1 ounce raspberry vodka
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce simple syrup cream
  • -3/4 ounce of whipped cream
