Seared Diver Scallops with Tarragon Burre
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 ounce fennel
- 1/4 ounce tarragon
- 1/4 ounce corn pepper
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup orange zest salt pepper
Mixed berry & cream martini:
- muddles strawberry, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 ounce blueberry vodka
- 1 ounce raspberry vodka
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce simple syrup cream
- -3/4 ounce of whipped cream
