Five dogs rescued from the historic flooding in Louisiana will now be the ones doing the rescuing life skills.

The dogs will participate in the "Tails" program which stands for "Teaching Animals and Inmates Life Skills."

The non-profit organization is working on getting the dogs vet care, as well as spayed and neutered before taking them to their new home in Jacksonville.
