5 fun things to do this weekend in the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast (May 19 - 21)

From outdoor pub crawls and seafood festivals to jazz, we got you covered this weekend.

1) Stuart Sailfish Regatta

What is it?
Thousands of spectators at the Stuart Causeway to watch the high-performance vessels race at speeds of up to 180 miles per hour.

Why is it cool?
Second largest shore boat race in the U.S. with over 40 boats. Spectators have the chance to win a 2017 Indian Scout Motorcycle thanks to Treasure Coast Indian Motorcycle.  Tickets are available for a donation of $20 or 6 tickets for a $100 donation, and proceeds will help support the Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and the Martin County US Sailing Center.

Races: May 20 and 21
Time: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tickets: Pre-Race - $15 and $20 at the Gate
VIP Tickets $60 which include front row seating, food, two free drinks (and discounted bar).

2) Bacon Fest - Jupiter

What is it?
A festival featuring all things bacon; bacon-infused dishes, craft beer tastings, kids zone, live music, and a baseball game.

Why is it cool?
When is bacon not cool? Over 60 craft beers, 3 bourbons, bacon mac and cheese, deep fried bacon, bacon-infused vodka drinks and more. It all benefits the Rotary Club of the Northern Palm Beaches.

  • Craft Beer tastings - $15 - craft beer

3) West Palm Beach Seafood Festival

What is it?
Delicious seafood, craft beer, supercars, live music, kids' zone and more.

Why is it cool?
Seafood vendors from across the state.

4) Après At The Beach - Delray Beach

What is it?
Over 20 events throughout the weekend including craft cocktail tastings, mixology seminars and pop-up experiences hosted by world renowned mixologists, brand ambassadors, pool party, pub crawl, and industry experts.

Why is it cool?
Brings Aspen, Colorado's popular cocktail festival to Delray.

5) Jazz on Moore's Creek - Ft. Pierce

What is it?
Jazz featuring the Mixed Notes Band headed by guitarist Les Paultre.

Why is it cool?
It's a free way to relax after a hard and long work week on the beautiful Moore's Creek.
