This week's list features a great variety of events and activities from a wine and film festival, to a movie, to much much more.

1) Ocean's 8

The Gist
I don't usually include movies, but this one looks too good to pass up.  The Ocean's movie series continues, this time with Sandra Bullock as the lead of an all-female crime team.  Also starring Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna and more!

2) Sushi & Stroll Walk Series - Delray Beach

The Gist
Guests will enjoy Pan-Asian offerings from the Cornell Café and visiting food trucks, premium Japanese sake and beer selections, unique treasures from the Museum Store, and world-class taiko drumming performances by Fushu Daiko.

3) Furry Friends Ranch Round-Up - Palm City

The Gist
Barbeque and Fixins, beer and wine and country punch, live entertainment and a lot of cute animals up for adoption.  Well behaved dogs are permitted on a leash.  The Andrew Morris Band plays at 11 a.m. and the Tom Jackson Band plays at 1 p.m.

4) Fairy Tale Playhouses - West Palm Beach

The Gist
15 child-size homes, which are a partnership between the City of West Palm Beach and Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, were painted fairytale themes by area artists.  Come and see the following playhouses; Snow White, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, the Ugly Duckling, The Three Little Pigs, and more.

See them along the West Palm Beach waterfront through July 26, when they will be auctioned off for charity.

5) Vero Beach Wine + Film Festival 2018

The Gist
Hailed as the new “Summer Sundance.” This year, over 2,000 people are expected to attend the four-day full-bodied event celebrating fine wines and remarkable films from around the world. Plus, Star Trek's George Takei will be on hand.
