At this year's SunFest, cows, hiding behind green covered fences. No, not the Moo kind of cows. Tall cell towers towering over downtown West Palm Beach's restaurants. Right outside of SunFest's gates.

"A cow is a cell on wheels. It's a mobile cell site," says Kelly Starling, AT&T spokesperson.

Companies like AT&T bring cows to festivals like SunFest to help "beef" up service. Allowing festival goers more bandwidth. Starling says its like adding lanes to an interstate to ease traffic congestion so more people can access their cellphone network.

"We also bring them in following a natural disaster like Hurricane Irma or Hurricane Michael," says Starling.

The companies don't have to "heard" in the cows, but they take "stock" of the situation because the "steaks" are high, they fear if their customer's calls fair or drop or they can't live Instagram their favorite artist, they will cancel their service because they aren't "Amoozed."

So be thankful for the cows at SunFest.
