2) Christmas Pop-up Bar - Delray Beach
Sometimes it doesn't feel quite like the holidays in South Florida because we have palm trees instead of pine, warmer temperatures and not to mention the fact that it hasn't snowed in Palm Beach County since 1977.
If you are feeling like a Grinch, try making your way to the Christmas pop-up bar at Death or Glory in Delray for an attitude adjustment.
"For everybody to get into the Christmas spirit, with a lot of nostalgia, a lot of decorations, and really good craft cocktails," boasts manager Annie Blake.
3) Lion Cubs Drive-thru Birthday Party - Loxahatchee
Lion Country Safari's lion cubs Atlas and Mara are turning one on Sunday, Nov. 8. The cubs will be getting fun enrichments and treats just after the venue opens at 9:30 a.m.

Lion Country gave Taste & See South Florida a preview of what the birthday party will look like. The enrichments include coconuts, whipped cream, and blood popsicles (made from their meat and blood Jello).
They are inviting guests to help celebrate with a birthday "parade" that day by writing a birthday message with non-toxic window markers on your rear windshield.
