LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. — Lion Country Safari took WPTV NewsChannel 5 on safari Thursday to see Elna's pre-party. The rare Southern white rhino will turn 1 on Saturday.

She opened her gifts that read "Have a Ton of Fun" on the packaging. Her big party is on Saturday, guests should arrive around 11 a.m. so they have time to make it to the Rhino's section at noon.
One year ago she weighed 100 lbs. but a year later she weighs around 1100 lbs.
WPTV did witness Elna throwing two full-sized rhinos out of her party on Thursday. She wanted her enrichments of hay all to herself.
