Thursday, 50 Ocean is going culinary crazy with its Bubbles and The Beatles pairing dinner. The Delray Beach restaurant has already enlisted four of Palm Beach’s top chefs, luxury wine producer Moët & Chandon, and a chocolatier.
50 Ocean's Executive Chef Thomas Op't Holt teams up with local Chef's Blake Malatesta (M.I.A.), David Schroeder (Brick and Barrel), Adam Brown (The Cooper), and Tyler Levitetz (5150 Chocolate Factory) for a 5-course pairing dinner featuring Moet et Chandon with a Beatles twist.
