Fall plant sell returns to West Palm Beach

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — Mounts Botanical Garden announced it is moving forward with its annual plant sell called "PLANT-A-PALOOZA 2020."

The event will be the venue's first major public event since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We have reimagined our fall plant sale for today’s new normal,” says said Mounts Curator Director Rochelle Wolberg. “Public health and safety are our top priorities. Because we’re adhering to Palm Beach County and CDC requirements and guidelines, the upcoming sale will be held at reduced capacity. We are also requesting that all tickets be purchased in advance through mounts.org.”

"PLANT-A-PALOOZA" will be held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 8. with members getting a preview an hour earlier than the opening. Tickets are $10 - Adults (ages 13 and up) | $5 Children (ages 5 - 12)

The sale will feature more than 30 vendors offering plants, garden furniture, and crafts.

Mounts Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Masks are mandatory; social distancing will be enforced
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available
  • There will be no carryout assistance
  • Water is available for purchase
