How to save time making the kids' lunches

Let's face it. If you are a family on a tight budget, one of the easiest ways to save cash is to send the kids to school with their lunches.

But who wants to make lunches every morning when there is plenty of other stressors going on?

Port St. Lucie I-95 mom Marianna Frances, came up with a brilliant solution; pre-make those sandwiches and freeze them.

On Sundays, Marianna creates an assembly line of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  She puts enough together for the entire week for both kids. Then she puts them in the freezer so she can pull them out each morning (think Uncrustables).  The PB&J sandwiches thaw out just in time for lunch.
