The Miami Marlins have asked multi-platinum, international music icon DJ Khaled to perform during the pregame on Opening Day, Thursday, March 29.
DJ Khaled will be performing a set from his current sold-out tour and he will be joined by Grammy-winning songwriter Jason "Poo Bear" Boyd for the live premiere of the Marlins' new anthem, "Just Gettin' Started."
“Kicking off the season with this performance of our new anthem featuring DJ Khaled and Poo Bear is only the start of the energy we want to bring to Marlins Park each and every day,” said Marlins CEO Derek Jeter in a statement. “Fans need to make sure they get to Marlins Park early so they don’t miss this event that celebrates Miami.”
