This week, Universal Orlando Resort provided WPTV a sneak peek at the new guest rooms inside its latest and seventh hotel. The Endless Summer Resort’s Surfside Inn and Suites is located south of the parks at the former Wet n’ Wild location and promises to offer affordable stays starting at $73 per night.
“This is really for a very price conscious shopper.” Russ Dagon, SVP Resort Development for Universal Creative, “We expect [families] that are coming down for a full week to have this be their home base for their entire vacation here in Orlando.”
For the first time Universal will offer a two-room suite option with three queen beds. “$111 for a two bedroom suite for a seven night stay in value season is where the prices begin,” says Vincent LaRuffa, Universal Orlando Resorts.
When the other phases of the resort are fully constructed there will be almost 3,000 rooms. It is a beach themed hotel that will include 750 guest rooms and two bedroom suites that can sleep up to six. This hotel will be one of Universal's more economical options with rooms and includes early park admission and transportation but doesn't include Express Pass. The beach-vibe guest house is expected to open at the end of June.
