Lee's Beach Tea
"Be charmed by a batch of Lee’s Peach Tea. The spiked sweet tea is a tribute to Culinary Director and General Manager Lee Morris. 1000 NORTH mixes cold-brewed peach tea and peach simple syrup with peach-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon. This taste of Southern culture is served in a Mason jar."

The Picante Paloma
"The Picante Paloma is like any good summer adventure – delightful with an unexpected thrill. Tangy flavors of grapefruit and lime mingle with sweet agave and smooth Tres Agaves Tequila. A jalapeno-infused simple syrup, known as “snake venom,” gives this cocktail its bite. Served with a cayenne pepper and salt rim, you’ll savor every drop."

1000 NORTH Sangria
"1000 NORTH Sangria quells the heat. Available in red or white, the sangria is fruit-forward with lemon, lime, and orange juices deepened by peach brandy. A splash of soda adds fizzy fun to this summertime favorite."
