Target
The number one item for sale at Target is a TV-- a 32" Magnavox LED HDTV for $169.99 ($50 off). That's cheaper than the Samsung 32" TV Target offered on Black Friday for $197.

JCPenney
JCPenney is offering bonus cash AND coupons to get you in this week.
Get $10 bonus cash for every $50 you spend Dec. 21 to 24. Bonus cash can be used in store Dec. 26 to Jan. 4.
The coupons give you an extra 20% off when you use your JCPenney charge card or 15% off when you use another form of payment, select items only.

Sports Authority is having a four day sale.

Walmart
Walmart has several ads right now. The latest was released Sunday. It features an Element 60" Class LED HDTV for $648. If you're wondering how that compares to the Black Friday price, it's actually $200 more.

Walmart is continuing its toy sale in its Top Toys Wish List Book. The book includes a whole page of Barbie items (everything from dolls for $7.97 to a Barbie Dream house for $149.97), and a Frozen page (with a Light-up Musical Dress for $28.88, Disney Frozen Singing Olaffor $24.97 and dolls starting at $14.88).

One warning about sales, before you buy, make sure you check the price. JCPenney is selling a KitchenAid Artisan 5-qt. Stand Mixer for $299.99 after $50 mail-in rebate. The sale says the mixer is normally $500. Sounds like a great deal until you go online and see other retailers have the mixer for less than $250.
