The testimony of a psychiatrist who examined the movie theater gunman will conclude on Tuesday morning.
Dr. Jeffrey Metzner took the stand for the prosecution Monday and testified several times that James Holmes had the capacity to know right from wrong at the time of the shooting, based on his first sanity evaluation of the gunman.
