The Florida Highway Patrol says wet roads are to blame for a deadly accident that has left one person dead.
FHP says Vincent Ridgeway was trying to get in front of another driver but lost control. The other driver is expected to be okay.
An FHP report says, "The driver drove to fast for the condition and lost control of [his vehicle]."
