The Martin County Sheriff's Office is sharing photos on social media of the effort being made by medical professionals and Martin County Fire Rescue to aid victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas.
The pictures show some people being comforted, others receiving treatment and the damage the storm did to parts of the island chain.

Martin County Fire Rescue Medical Director Dr. Michael Ferraro went with a fire rescue team and personnel from the Cleveland Clinic Martin Memorial Health Systems to help the injured, the sheriff's office said.
It said from finding hurt people on the side of the road to setting up IVs inside vehicles, the needs are endless.
