(NBC) - There’s a new top dog that was crowned on Thanksgiving.
The winner of the 15th annual National Dog Show was Gia the greyhound!
Gia beat out six other finalists, including a giant schnauzer, an English springer spaniel, a Border Collie, a Pekingese, a Tibetan terrier and a West Highland white terrier.
In all, 2,000 dogs from more than 200 breeds and varieties competed in this year's dog show.
Last year, a Skye terrier named “Good Time Charlie” won the top prize.
