Abe’s been on the streets in Detroit for 10 years and goes by the name "Honest Abe."
"Will work" isn't just a meaningless slogan for Hagenston. You can actually hire him for odd jobs on his website. "I've done some painting I have taken a couple various friends of mine out on team jobs I had to do."
Of course he'll take a donation and yes that means he takes credit cards. He takes credit card donations using a square that connects with his phone.
He also has big ideas including an app to weed out those fake panhandlers and a non-profit to benefit all homeless people.
