Time magazine has named "The Silence Breakers" as "Person of the Year" for 2017.
The decision is a nod to the brave individuals who broke their silence amid growing allegations of sexual misconduct against men in power.

Time's cover photo is a composite picture that includes actress Ashley Judd, singer Taylor Swift and former Uber engineer Susan Fowler.
The magazine's editor-in-chief Edward Felsenthal revealed the selection live on the "Today" show Wednesday morning.
President Donald Trump was No. 2 on the list, according to Felsenthal. Trump was person of the year in 2016.
