(WTVA/NBC) - A suspect in Mississippi was caught on camera headbutting a deputy on his way to court Thursday morning.
Daniel Stewart Berry, 21, was on his way to court when he cursed and headbutted a Union County (Miss.) deputy, breaking his nose.
He was quickly carried off and detained.
Stewart is accused of robbing a store Tuesday night.
He allegedly jumped the counter, put a female clerk in a headlock and grabbed $20 when she opened the register.
Berry is also accused of assaulting a jail worker who brought him dinner Wednesday night.
He is now charged with one count of strong armed robbery and two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer.
He remains in the Union County Jail on a $200,000.
