Someone dressed up as the miserly Dr. Seuss character was spotted plowing snow in Boone, North Carolina, on Sunday.
The college town in western North Carolina was hit hard by this weekend snowstorm, receiving more than a foot of snow.
The video was recorded by JoAnna Wayt, who said her father, was wearing the mask to show his grandkids that the Grinch can have a heart.
The record-setting weekend of snow canceled flights, caused icy roads and left thousands are still without power.
