CINCINNATI (AP) — Authorities say three men are in custody after an Ohio federal judge and her husband were robbed at gunpoint in their Cincinnati area home.

Police say the three were arrested within hours of the break-in at the home of Judge Susan Dlott (duh-LAHT') and prominent former attorney Stanley Chesley on Friday night.

Police say the three men face two charges each of aggravated robbery and abduction.

Authorities say the three suspects kicked in the basement door of the home in suburban Indian Hill and were removing items when the couple confronted them.

Police say the couple was then robbed at gunpoint. Police say the intruders had taken the couple to a garage when they were startled by a noise and ran from the house.
