Polyana Viana, an Ultimate Fighting Champion fighter from Brazil, beat up a would-be robber over the weekend outside of her apartment complex in a Rio de Janeiro neighborhood.

According to MMA Junkie , Viana was waiting for an Uber when a man approached her, sat down next to her, said he was armed and told her to give up her phone.

“He was really close to me. So I thought, ‘If it’s a gun, he won’t have time to draw it.’ So I stood up. I threw two punches and a kick. He fell, then I caught him in a rear-naked choke. Then I sat him down in the same place we were before and said, ‘Now we’ll wait for the police,'" the UFC fighter told MMA Junkie.

Viana, who is 26 years old, made her octagon debut in February 2018 and is 10-2 in her UFC career. She stands at 5 feet 5 inches and weights 115 pounds.

In a post on Facebook, Dana White showed the photo of the man with the caption that finished "badf***ingidea."</p>
