Phone records sought in fatal car accident involving Bruce Jenner

Phone records and videos have been sought in an investigation into a fatal traffic accident involving former Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner.

The crash Saturday, Feb. 7 in Malibu, California involved three vehicles. A woman in her 70s who was driving a Lexus died, according to officials. 

Five others were injured. Police have not released the identities of those involved. 

Jenner, who was driving a Cadillac Escalade, was not hurt. He told officials he was being followed by paparazzi.

According to the LA Times, investigators are reviewing the phone records to see if Jenner had been texting at the time of the crash.

Jenner, a 1976 Olympic gold medalist and star on reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" has made headlines recently due to his divorce from Kris Jenner, and reports he may be transitioning into a female.
