According to an Associated Press report on ESPN.com, Nevada prosecutors are considering a felony drug charge against Lamar Odom, who was found unconscious in a brothel outside of Las Vegas last month.
Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello says that the sheriff's office submitted the charge last week, and the prosecutor is considering whether it should be filed. The charge would be one count of unlawful use of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance.
If charged, Odom could face up to four years in prison.
The former NBA and reality show star is still rehabbing after a drug overdose caused a series of strokes that nearly took his life in mid-October. Last week, his estranged wife Khloé Kardashian said on the Ellen DeGeneres' show that Odom still doesn't know why he's in the hospital.
TMZ has also reported that Odom is having trouble recognizing family members and close friends, and that he's made little progress in the month since being rushed to the hospital.
