President Donald Trump made his fourth speech before a joint session of Congress. The speech began with Trump passing up House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who extended her hand for a handshake.

The address ended with Pelosi tearing up her version of the speech.

The speech lasted roughly one hour, 25 minutes, as Trump touted accomplishments in the economy, immigration and defending the constitution.

The White House was quick to pounce on the moment, tweeting, "Speaker Pelosi just ripped up: One of our last surviving Tuskegee Airmen. The survival of a child born at 21 weeks. The mourning families of Rocky Jones and Kayla Mueller. A service member's reunion with his family. That's her legacy."
