Red Nose Day looks a little different his year, but its still raising money for children in need.

“Love Actually” filmmaker Richard Curtis never lacks for Red Nose Day star power, but the charity's co-founder says the pandemic only boosted the fundraising telecast’s celebrity quotient.

Curtis says actors, musicians and comedians idled by social distancing proved eager to take part in NBC’s sixth annual “Red Nose Day Special.”

The special airs Thursday at 9-11 p.m. on WPTV.

It will include songs, sketches and short films about the children and charities that will be aided by donations. The guest roster includes Julia Roberts, John Legend, OneRepublic, Paul Rudd and James Taylor.

NBC's Red Nose Day telecast is co-hosted by “This Is Us” stars Mandy Moore and Justin Hartley.
