A cruise ship with nearly 300 passengers has been quarantined in St. Lucia after a case of measles was confirmed, according to NBC News.

Health officials confirmed Monday that a female crew member has measles.

The ship, named Freewinds, is believed to be owned and operated by the Church of Scientology, according to a report.

Officials say the ship has been in quarantine since Monday morning and is scheduled to leave St. Lucia at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday.
