U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz made headlines again Tuesday a day after announcing he plans to run for president in 2016.
Cruz, a Texas Republican, told the Des Moines Register Tuesday he plans to sign up for an Affordable Care Act plan after slamming the law while announcing his intention to run for president.
Cruz's wife, Heidi, plans to take an unpaid leave from her job at Goldman Sachs, and so the family will not be covered under his wife's plans.
In the interview, Cruz said he still would like to repeal Obamacare.
