A magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit northeast of Cleveland on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. According to the USGS, the earthquake hit at 10:50 a.m. EST in Lake Erie.
And traffic cameras from the Ohio Department of Transportation captured the moment the earthquake struck.

According to the USGS, 220 people reported feeling the earthquake. There are no reported power outages at this time.
