Willie Nelson's publicist is fighting rumors that the 83-year-old country music icon is on his last legs.
"He's perfectly fine," Elaine Schock, Nelson's rep, told the Associated Press this week, in response to a Radar Online report that claimed Nelson was "fighting to breathe" and that he was "frail and gaunt."
While the precise condition of Nelson's health may not be clear, the Red Headed Stranger was sick enough in February to cancel several tour dates. His son Lukas Nelson posted to Instagram that "dad is feeling great and will be back on the road."
Nelson's new album, "God's Problem Child," will be released on April 28, according to Rolling Stone.
