A new Quinnipiac University poll is not good news for Hillary Clinton in Florida and some other swing states.
Her 8-point lead over Donald Trump has evaporated in Florida. The race is now too close to call in the state as well as in Ohio and Pennsylvania, according to the poll.
Libertarian Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are in the single digits.
"While there is no definite link between Clinton's drop in Florida and the U.S. Justice Department decision not to prosecute her for her handling of e-mails, she has lost ground to Trump on questions which measure moral standards and honesty," Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll, said in a statement on the survey's website.
