PALM BEACH, Fla.-- The town of Palm Beach is making it easier for people to pick up trash.
🐙 SPECIAL COVERAGE: Protecting Paradise 🐙
It starts with racks of blue shopping baskets.
According to the Palm Beach Daily News, you can find the baskets on the Indian Road beach access path.
Pick one up, fill it with junk, and throw it in the trash bins on the way out.
The baskets are part of a test program by the town and the non-profit organization Friends of Palm Beach.
These blue baskets are now at the entrance of the beach access path on Indian Road in Palm Beach. You can pick up trash and dump it on your way out. In just 5 mins I found a rope, shampoo bottle, and other plastics that washed ashore. @WPTV #protectingparadise pic.twitter.com/vPyGxRLE68
